Cancellation Policy

I understand that unforeseen delays happen. However, to ensure I can provide every client with the best possible service and maintain a punctual schedule, please review my late and cancelation policy: I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive between 15-30 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to service total. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show. You will be charged a fee. Late arrivals that result in a missed appointment will be subject to a standard cancellation fee. *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE* unless I, the stylist had to cancel your appointment for some reason. Your appointment will be moved to another date if you need to reschedule
